yeah thanks for ur genuine voice, actually this what the problem with such new comers we get the product but not the service, such manufacturers are only doing promotion in selling their products not after any service support, so if someone using the smart phone more than a year means I recommend to go with some standard manufacturers who have quite good service backup team... otherwise no point of buying such scrap things ..

my cool1 is in service centre from 25/05/2017 till now I have no update from coolpad Service center.. it's horrible. experience I used cool 1 only 25days

same experience.. its more than 40 days still no solution ... then customer service are also not talking gudly they r using bad languages very bad service never buy this phone waste of money
