RW 3 + FWK 30/6 BF Berlin TD 1 zu VU

Rüstwagen RW 3 und Feuerwehrkran FWK 30/6 der Berufsfeuerwehr Berlin, Technischer Dienst 1 rückt von der Wache 3639 zu einem Verkehrsunfall aus. Im letzten Teilvideo sieht man noch kurz den FWK, beide sind auf die A100 Richtung Süden gefahren: in Lichtenrade stieß auf der Kreuzung Hilbertstraße - Wolziger Zeile ein PKW in die Seite eines Transporters, welche in Folge dessen umgekippt ist. Vor Ort waren ein LHF, ELW, RTW, RW und FWK sowie die Polizei.
Das Ausrücken, bzw. wahrscheinlich die Ampelschaltung, verursachte an der Kreuzung direkt vor der Wache einen Auffahrunfall mit Personenschaden, 2 Minuten nach dieser Aufnahme sind RTW und LHF ausgerückt. Ein zufällig vorbeikommender KTW von City Ambulance kam unmittelbar nach dem Auffahrunfall vorbei und hat bereits abgesichert und die geschädigte Person betreut.
Eigentlich wollt ich nach einem vorhergehenden Einsatz nur kurz die Frontseite der Wache filmen, als dann auch schon die schwereren Motorengeräusche um die Ecke zu hören waren.

There are two Technical Service stations in Berlin with pretty much all the special equipment. Both Technical Service 1 and 2 have two cranes each, one normal crane and one as spare unit. What you see here are actually two stations, the house in front is station 3600 Charlottenburg-North with the units running the everyday alarms (2 Rescue Engines, 1 Aerial, 2 Ambulances, 4 Command units and 7 trucks), and behind that there's the huge areal of station 3639 Technical Service 1, and they really have a lot of vehicles, to be precise: 52 units (!!). To get an overview: 2 Heavy Rescue trucks, 2 cranes, 1 Telecope Aerial Platform (164 ft), 2 Water Rescue trucks, 1 Suction truck, 1 Measuring Technique truck, 1 crew van, 1 crew bus, 1 wheel loader, 1 Telescope Forklift, 12 pod carriers, 20 containers/platforms, 4 trailers and few things more.

in Berlin the crane dispatches very often, but they've got 2 cranes. One crane in Berlin-Charlottenburg (Department 3600Charlottenburg Nord [TD1-3639]) and one in Berlin-Marzahn (Department 6100Marzahn [TD2-6139])

the crane can be used for many different jobs, like e.g. truck rollovers, train derailments, storm damages (fallen trees, collapsed roofs etc), ...

well being able to clear a scene faster, e.g. after an MVA on a higwhay which causes a huge traffic jam, is quite important for the traffic flow; or also as I already mentioned collapsed buildings, to lift the heavy stuff etc. And this crane actually runs quite many calls, almost daily
