Unsealed Mar-a-Lago search warrant reveals new details

A federal judge has unsealed the search warrant that authorized the FBI search of former President Donald Trump's Florida home. The document reveals highly-classified documents were recovered from Mar-a-Lago, and indicates it's part of an investigation into possible violations of the Espionage Act. If none of it was classified, that means ANYONE should be able to file a FOIA request and expect to see those documents. In any case they are not Trumps personal property. They belong to the American people. That means the FBI had every right to insist on getting them back.

This warrant and these statutes are, and likely will be forever THE most important and consequential of his career.
Does anyone really believe he would risk even signing off on this search unless he had the goods to convict?
Does Merrick Garland come off as the kind of leader that would go on a fishing expedition with an ex president of the United States?
A missed shot ends his career and defines his legacy as a failed leader.
He would forever be remembered as the DOJ director who took a swing at an ex president, and missed.
Even at this stage of the investigation.
Who out there that knows this man believes he would cross this Rubicon without knowing for a fact he had what he needed to be successful.
Merrick Garland hardly behaves like a man who would "take a shot in the dark" with so much at stake.
This move is unprecedented and historical.
Imo, he can without a doubt prove intent when he has to.

Nuclear documents can't be declassified by a president it's purely a Department of Energy authority. Nuclear documents are separate and under the Nuclear act of 1954

It's about the Espionage act, The law prohibits “obtaining information, recording pictures, or copying descriptions of any information relating to the national defense with intent or reason to believe that the information may be used for the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, ” as described by the university.
