CELAC meet in Mexico to challenge US dominance

Mexico's president has called for a regional economic community similar to the European Union.
He proposed the summit of Latin American and Caribbean states, which is taking place in his country.

Regardless of ideological differences, CELAC must be strengthened, to be a geopolitical counterweight, to the new Alliances that are being built around the world.
It is a great Latin American integration project.
