They act like you can just freehand dremel to finish an 80% receiver. If there isn’t an illegal gun registry why is having no serial number that big a deal.

Let the lawyer speaking “build a functional firearm in 15 minutes “, and I might give her some credence.

I say that the court should try to build one.

1:12:20 Did she just admit that the overwhelming majority of purchases were made by law abiding citizens?

I say if you don’t require ID to vote, then you don’t get to see ID if someone wants to buy parts and build one.

Where do they get that it takes 20 mins to make a working P80 🤦🏻‍♂️

Where in the Constitution did they ban unserialized arms? Better yet, where did it require it?

ATF already gave guidance to manufacturers that serials were not required on 80% lowers. Now she’s lying.

3D printers make this case moot. BUY A 3D PRINTER! THEY CAN'T STOP THE SIGNAL!

This is (the most important FAIL argued by the SG)...
She argued: "Theses weapons parts kits are designed and intended to be used as instruments of combat, AND THEY HAVR NO OTHER CONCEIVABLE USE"
Epic Epic

-- There is self defense purpose.
-- Sports shooting purpose.
-- Hunting purposes.
-- Competition purposes.
-- Training purposes.
-- Collectors purposes.
-- Security of a free state purpose.
-- When called by congress to Execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions
Epic fail by the gov't, because she argued there is NO OTHER CONCEIVABLE PURPOSE other than making them as combat weapons...

People in Congress should make rules and laws that help the American citizen and the Constitution not to abolish it

not once Tolerance was mentioned. even 1 stroke of the file can ruin a frame, i've been there it sucks. When all the work that was done becomes trash, because the fitting was ruined by taking too much material off by accident.

An omelet kit is not an omelet, until used to make an omelet.
Just as a firearm component or firearm kit is not firearm until used to make a firearm.
The Omelet kit is inedible just as a firearm component or firearm kit can not fire.
Firearms are protected by the 2A regardless of "Intended purpose."
The sole intent of law abiding citizens is self defense.
Not "Combat" as the US Solicitor General Elizabeth Prologar states.
Common use of unserialized firearms or PMFs disproves intended purpose of PMFs as "Combat."

What next, Precrime?

The 15 minute statement is a lie. The frame takes machine work. Two hundred years ago Remington sold only barrels. The people that bought them had to make the rest of the musket.

In what world does a toy cap gun shoot birdshot??

They make it that making a P80 to work 100% is all done in 15 mins by just removing a tap and drilling some holes 🤣

If the court rules against the Second Amendment (which is actually an APA case, not the 2A) in this case, it will simply mean that the creation of PMF's will shift from "80%" kits to the more widespread use of machined-from-billet receivers such as with the "ghost gunner" CNC system. The Congress simply cannot outlaw the building of PMF's without totally violating the 2A.

It could be used as a training tool. It could be used as a paper weight. It could be used as a prop in a movie.

And according up until very recently to the ATFs own website it is or was 100% legal to make you own guns at home so this shouldn't even be an issue
