The Porsche Charging Service is available for all Hybrid or Electric vehicles – even for cars of other brands.

I've just got a 2nd hand 2018 panamera Hybrid. When it's plugged in it's like a fan running at the front end at the weel arches are very warm. I'm finding this very strange.
