Putin Rules Out Using Nuclear Weapons In Ukraine

Russian President Putin blamed his invasion of Ukraine on the West and said he has no intention of using nuclear weapons. NBC News’ Cal Perry has more the latest updates on the conflict.

I was actually less concerned when he was threatening to do it. We all know it's when he starts saying that he won't do something, that he's about to do what he said he isn't going to do

He's saying that for when he tries the "dirty bomb" trick (where he detonates nuclear material in Ukraine and then says they did it to their own people to blame on him) he will then say "how could I do such a trick...I told everyone I would not use nuclear weapons."

He also said he wouldn’t invade right before he did, remember everyone calling the us warmongers for suggesting different even Ukrainians

Well seeing how he always does the exact opposite of what he says, I would say the potential is very high 🎯

It is scary to hear Puting saying he wont use nuclear weapons. Knowing that he usually does the opposite to what he says.

Based off his previous actions, when he says he's not going to do something it usually means the complete opposite...."we aren't going to invade Ukraine" *builds up crazy numbers along the border, subsequently invades* "we aren't going to use nukes" *readys nuclear forces, moves them closer to Ukraine* scary times...

This is the same man that said Russia's invasion of Ukraine is a "military exercise."
