How to Enable Automatic Updates on Ubuntu 22.04

In this video i will show you how to enable automatic updates on Ubuntu 22.04 or 20.04. Keep your OS up to date.

I found that video through google - it in a way helped me, change some things on my pc. but besides that, Imo this video needs improvements (as well as my pc)
1. the background-music is more of a foreground-music (volume too high)
2. at some points it seems that there should be more pause inbetween executing commands, that someone who watches the video can visually inhale, what the tutor is doing here (like the opening of the file with the prefix "50" ... I needed to pause the video and watch the 1 second over and over again ... a tutorial video should not be a fast skipping action movie :) )

also it seems, that this only is an automatism to "apt update; apt upgrade" ... or does it affect snap-updates as well, or does someone, who wants to upgrade snap packages as well need an additional update-helper? (besides the apt packages, many apps on several linux distributions are moved to additional package sources outside apt ... like firefox at ubuntu 22.04, so apt update && apt upgrade doesn't update firefox at all)
