Today I am sharing quick Recipe of Pumpkin Halwa. It's a yummy and easy recipe. Hope you will like it.
Pumpkin Halwa
👉Ingredients:
pumpkin 1kg
milk 1/2 litre
ghee/oil 2 tablespoons
green cardamom 1/2 teaspoon
cream 1 cup
sugar 1/2 cup
4,5 almond for garnish
👉Method
Boil milk in 1 pan and add green cardamom and cream. Boil it on medium heat until it should be half and thick.
In another pan, add 2 tablespoons Ghee or oil and add grated pumpkin and cook it for 10 minutes on medium heat. After 10 minutes add sugar and cook it more for 10 minutes. Then add prepared thick milk in this pumpkin and cook it more until dry like Halwa.
Yummy Pumpkin Halwa is ready . Garnish it with almond and enjoy this Yummy Halwa.
