Great information JD… We have used Transactional funding with Best Trans. Funding at 1.75% and it worked out perfect. Thx for enlightening others to this benefit. DRS in the DMV area.

And that's why a good title company matters. I had a title company tell me they can't do an assignment based on the law but actually the law does not prohibit assignments it prohibits wholesalers marketing the deal on places like the MLS and Facebook marketplace but you can call your private investors that are in your Rolodex and assign the property in a good title company knows this and has read the actual law and not the headline so they will be getting all of my business
