-22 July 2018: Chiyo Miyako died aged 117 years, 81 days.
-28 August 2018: Olive Boar died aged 113 years, 333 days.
-3 December 2018: Gabrielle des Robert died aged 114 years, 182 days.
-8 January 2019: Lessie Brown died aged 114 years, 108 days.
-29 January 2019: Shimoe Akiyama died aged 115 years, 255 days.
-18 June 2019: Maria Giuseppa Robucci died aged 116 years, 90 days.
-27 August 2019: Shin Matsushita died aged 115 years, 150 days.
-19 April 2022: Kane Tanaka died aged 119 years, 107 days.
-17 January 2023: Lucile Randon died aged 118 years, 340 days.

All are deceased.

Kane Tanaka is the youngest person to become the oldest person (aged 115yrs, 201 days) since Misao Okawa in 2013.
