Another interesting to add is "Annual Awards". You can make an award for "The Most Influencial Person in Your Life" and note that down or even send an appreciation to that person if possible. It would be really interesting to look back 10 years and see the most influencial people in your life, sometimes we forget the people that have helped become who we are, and this award system would encourage to you make contact, say 5-10 years down the line when you look back at your yearly reviews.

Hey August and everyone watching! Love your channel and your thinking!

What's helped me is a week of jotting down ideas, needs, and answers to questions such as what are the right activities along with quick rough drafts that I'm going to discard.

This is like the parable of the UF Professor, Jerry Uelsmann, who divided his film photography students into two groups (the one's who focused on one perfect picture vs 100 pictures).

Makes it more enjoyable when you are doing the big push over a two-day weekend! Because you have the previous week of small rapid iteration!
