How to MOD INF “NVIDIA Installer cannot continue ”+install Standard driver AlienwareM17R4 - Win11

How To fix Nvidia Installer cannot continue and install Nvidia Standard Driver (non-DCH) on Alienware M17 R4 (2021) or any OEM system on Windows 11 (work with windows 10 as well)

Step by step guide:
1) download Nvidia Standard Driver

2) download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)

3) extract DDU and run the program, select "Nvidia" then select "GPU" and "Clean and Restart" and wait

4) press and hold "SHIFT " key on your keyboard, and click START , click RESTART - wait

5) click "Troubleshoot" , then "Advanced Options" then "Startup Settings ", click "restart "- wait

6) press 7 key on your keyboard "7) Disable driver signature enforcement " - wait

NVIDIA_DEV.249C.0A69.1028 = "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Laptop GPU"

but you only need "NVIDIA_DEV.249C.0A69.1028" to search (CTRL + F) , search until you find matching until you see the word "Section" regardless of any number something like this
%NVIDIA_DEV.249C.0A69.1028% = Section327, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_249C&SUBSYS_0A6A1028

now right click "This PC" and choose "properties" then "Device Manager" then "Display adapters" and your graphic card or any display adaptor it shows. eg: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Laptop GPU
, right click and "Properties" go to "Details" Tab , look for "Hardware ids" , on the 2nd row, right click and click "COPY" on eg: "PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_24DC&SUBSYS_0A961028"

"%NVIDIA_DEV.249C.0A69.1028% = Section327, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_249C&SUBSYS_0A6A1028"
to
"%NVIDIA_DEV.249C.0A69.1028% = Section327, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_24DC&SUBSYS_0A961028"

then save the file and exit.

8) now install the driver eg:
