Seiko 5 SRPG27 Review - The Perfecly Sized "Field Style" Watch!

We are back!
Welcome to this review of a great Seiko 5 field watch, the SRPG27. This Seiko 5 is one of the most compelling deals on the market still, after years of its first launch. The watch boasts great specifications and a classic design in a great friendly-for-all size. Due to the classic military style looks, the Seiko SRPG27 goes well with almost any strap. In this video I show the SRPG27 on nylon straps, canvas straps, a sailcloth straps as well as a few leather straps and a perlon strap. Hope you enjoy this video! Be sure to leave a comment if you have a question or any feedback :)

Have it and wear it all the time as my "beater." It is finished WAY better than other watches at this price point

I have the SRPG 39. It's the blue dial with gold. Under normal circumstances I would never sink to get this color but it's absolutely gorgeous. It looks black until you shine it towards the light and you can see it's navy blue in the center and transitions to black on the outside. It also has a distressed case. It is not a high polish which makes it look even more field watchy even though it does have a dressier. Absolute strap monster!!! In my opinion because the case is distressed on the 39 it makes it closer to a field watch in my opinion but also dresses up better. Even without that high polish. It also comes on a thick leather strap and not the bracelet. I'm a woman with a 6-in wrist.

I have an SRPG41, black case, and it's a really great looking watch, that online photos rarely do it justice. I put a black NATO with a thin gold stripe on on it and it looks fantastic.

I have the SRPG35 with the khaki nato strap, I love it. It looks great on different strap options. I bought mine for a great price 2nd hand on ebay that was in like new condition, so there are deals to be had out there, you just have to hunt for them. I like the field style watches myself, I have a Tandorio field watch that looks alot like the Seiko, except for no day date option on the dial.

Hey!!i have a casio vintage watch but the unfortunate thing is my wrist is just 5 inch and the watch wont fit me even after adjusting the size…also when i try to press the clasp in the extreme end near the body of the watch it wont go down….is there any way to fix this?

This is SRPG27K1 version, not SRPG27 that is made in Japan. Really nice watch

Why print 24 at the top instead of 00? Nobody calls half past midnight 24:30 so why put this shit on a field watch?
