This soothing yoga class is designed to help you unwind after a long day. This class is perfect for transitioning into the evening or preparing for a restful night’s sleep. You’ll enjoy deep stretches and gentle folds, focusing on releasing tension and finding relaxation. If you have props like a bolster, block or blanket, have them with you. This restorative practice is your gateway to loosening up and calming the nervous system. This class begins on the back and stays low to the floor throughout the entirety of class, all the way to a welcome Savasana.
