sir is ques ko 10s mai bhi kar sakte hai. First ye dekhe ke sinx +ve hona padega kyunki LHS mai mod hai. Isse hum first 2 quadrants mai restrict ho jate hai. Ab dono ki values same honge pi/4 par. Cosx +ve -ve dono ho sakta hai.
To final case is first 2 quadrants mai pi/4 ke multiples. We get 2 solutions for 0 to 2pi. And we have 4 of such divisions in -4pi to 4pi,
total solutions 2 * 4 = 8

I calcuted the steps mentally and it is correct I solved it by second method as it's is easy

We can divide the given interval into -4π, -2π then -2π, 0 then 0, 2π then 2π, 4π we can draw the graph for any one interval and then count the intersection points and then multiply by 4 as there are four different intervals this works because sign and cause are repeating function

Herein sin(x) = | cos (x) | being + ve
and -4π <= x < = 4 π
case I : cos ( x) > 0
This implies sin(x) - cos(x) = 0
or ( x - π/4) = 0
Hereby x = π/4 +2 n π

case II : cos ( x) < 0
This implies sin(x) = - cos(x)
or ( x + π/4) = 0
Hereby x = (2 n +1)π - π/4;

Sir can we square both the sides and then get the value of sinx=±1/2.. but since LHS is +ve so sinx=1/2 and between -4π to 4π there are 8 values possible
