I was diagnosed with ADHD/Autism after recovering. Only because my son was. I grew up with a lot of abuse and suffered lots of chronic ear infections/UTI, s and tonsillitis.
I was constantly in and out of burnout from a child, looking back now.
I also have low muscle tone and hyper mobility.
I've found ADHD medication life changing for myself and my son.
I work hard on my son's gut health and he attends alternative education, which prioritises the nervous system.
I realise now, that me trying to keep up with neurotypical people, combined with CPTSD lead me to CFS/POTS
I'm still on LDN, which really helps me. Pilates and weight training were integral to my healing

Colic is gas! Babies stomach are not developed enough to digest formula. Both my children were very gassy when babies. They are two amazing young men, who are happy, healthy and are not using drugs or alcohol. I am a very lucky momma.

This entire video absolutely infuriates me. No medication will help. Are you both out of your minds? Don’t answer. The fact, you think that, is why medical doctors as we know are no longer credible.

I appreciated the conversation, but I’m not sure I understand why you shouldn’t read books in bed.

In addition, how insulting, to use childhood sexual experiences, as the reason people are in pain. Whether physical or emotional. It is disgraceful. Many people, male and female have grown up in wonderful environments, with their parents being married, never having any issues that suffer debilitating physical pain. Many people male and female have been sexually assaulted in their teens, and have zero physical pain. Honestly, I really am sick to my stomach by this video. You don’t deserve a medical license to practice medicine!
