Paris actually mostly of France uses a sector system of numbers and elevations. It’s very similar to the block system we use. Just look for the sign as they are posted in English too. Only in the countryside will French be used fully also with French language forms that even most French don’t understand. Marie aka Frenchtasic shows it quite a lot. She was just in the states doing a trip. She really had fun although she has severe motion sickness, she’s not sure why as she couldn’t even do those windy roads in West Virginia yet she did.

14'40" - The Brazilians were (probably still are) protesting against the results of President election on October 30th. Brazil chose, democratically, with fair elections, Lula to lead the country for the next 5 years. Lula is the founder of Br worker's party and considered to be a leftist (center-leftist) politician.
I'm not sure what those people are claiming, since many international institutions recognized his victory and the process valid. President Biden took 40 minutes after the results came out to congratulate Lula for the election.
