Crane 3 S Focus Motor Issue (read description)

Just to Clarify:

- the lite servo motor = focus control (can be controlled by the focus wheel on ginbal)

- max servo motor = zoom control (can be controlled via rocker on the smart sling handle)

- the max motor is stronger than the lite motor

- You cannot mix and match. Do not buy 2 max motors only 1 will work.

Lite = focus = gimbal wheel
Max = zoom = smartsling handle rocker

YES, they sold me the max motor as if it would work with the crane 3 S E which IT DOES NOT.

Let me know if yall know of any solutions or firmware updates.

I know I do not need such a powerful gimbal for my gh5 but when I rig up my camera I would love to be able to put the whole set up on my gimbal. Makes quick work between, hand held, tripod, and gimbal. At least that was the hope.

Im looking to get the crane 3s with a focus motor. If i get the LITE motor designed for focus will it be able to work with the focus wheel?

I do not want the power handle thing, I just want the focus motor to be controlled by the focus wheel

Did you fix this issue? - I have two of those motors.. and I can only gett zoom control - (using the 3lab) -seems like the Focus/zoom controller max - is not both.. even though it says that everywhere on the packaging, and manual...
