There have been a LOT of FNAF VHS series in the last year or two. Some, like Squimpus McGrimpus' original, Battington's remakes, The Walten Files, and Five Nights at Freddy's Plus have gone on to attain near-legendary status in the FNAF community, whereas others have fallen under the radar.

The Incident Logs has quickly become one of my favorite FNAF VHS series, and my favorite analog horror series overall. It's got excellent animatronic animation, terrifying moments, unintentionally hilarious moments, and most importantly it ISN'T THAT COMPLICATED! You don't need a PhD in FNAFology to understand what's going on in this series, which is refreshing considering how complex FNAF game theories and FNAF lore can get.

I really do like this series. It portrays what a lot of us think when we play FNaF, that being "Why didn't the Government get involved in this?". It works incredibly well, with all the animatronics feeling like genuine threats, and them escaping into the woods feeling like a proper cause for alarm. Ennard is an amazing antagonist, being this silent, cold, calculated yet insane killing machine, picking off entire SWAT teams with ease, and the ending wraps things up in an amazing way.

one thing about horror is that it's unexpected
it doesn't really work if you're the one making the story because you already know it's ending, and plot.
i've tried it once and it turns out i seem to enjoy making scary videos rather than watching it.

Wow. Since this series was brought to life almost 2 years ago, I've never seen anyone really explore my story in depth and actually try to understand the meaning behind these tapes.

First of all, thank you. This genuinely does mean a lot to me, countless weeks of effort were put into this series and its creation, so seeing something like this really warms my heart.

Secondly, First Shift is about 6 months after Perspective, so this series is going to make a very dramatic turn once the second episode releases.

The way ennard is animated and how the creator slightly changed the face shape to look more human and less round is really cool.
