I still can't believe the Ranger is back and it looks better then ever.

I have had the 2.9L V6 in a 1986, the 2.5L 4cyl in a 1998, and now 4L V6 in a 2005, and by far the 4L is the best engine of the three. I won't ever go below a V6 again, just not enough acceleration for today's roadways and traffic.

I currently drive a 94 Ranger, xlt, regular cab, 4.0, 5 speed manual. It is a rocket and I love it. I'm happy to see the new Ranger, it's about time. Yes I will be in the market for a new pickup truck. Although I will miss the power of the 4.0, a 4 banger will suffice to make runs to the grocery store. I doubt most truck owners I know use their trucks for anything other than getting them around.

I super duper love this new look on this Ranger. I think it will do great against Chevy and Toyota in the off-road Market and it looks super phenomenal I'm in love with it just looking at it for the first time in a walk-around.

Really good adaptation for US market of the Ranger currently sold in other countries... The Ranger is sold in other regions like Africa, Australia and Latin America, with a 2.2 and 3.2 Diesel engine and made in South Africa... Very capable and really big compared to the competition like the Nissan Frontier and Toyota Hilux.
Considering the American buyers preferences, I believe this truck will do good... And it was a really smart move taking the available Ranger model and set it for the American market... Good job.

I have a EcoB 150 and have loved it. Average 19mpg. I really don't need a 1/2 ton so this may be my next rig of it can get a 23-25 average. I know, dream on...it's a Ranger.

So, as a first time small truck buyer. I was trying to hold out for this truck. I love the looks, the 4 door fx4 limited, the whole design and interior I loved the looks of. What I didnt like is the one motor option. I don’t want a 4banger turbo. Do not, so I ended up just picking up a 18 Tacoma offroad package and couldn’t be happier. Ford really dropped the ball with the whole ecoboost option.

Why does it have to be so fancy and blingy? Payload capacity, durability, that's what matters. This looks like a truck for office commuters who can't park a full size f150.

This is too damn big to be a ranger, this is basically a new version of the F 150.

This truck will be priced along side of the Colorado. Mid 20k for a stripped down rubber floor mat version like the meter readers use. Expect something like this one to price out in the high $30k range for the extended cab the crew cab will top 40k with 4wd
