This is another sham video from Women's Corner. They said they reviewed many "Embroidery" Machines to get into this group. They show they know nothing about machine embroidery when they include the Singer Quantum 9960 that is a ONLY a sewing and quilting machine. Now, if the person who buys this Singer knows how to do Free Hand Embroidery, then this could be a possible scenario, but still, the Singer do not have a variable stitch width control to do the Satin Stitch, one of the mainstays in Machine Embroidery. The Singer has not a single Embroidery setting, nor a single built in Embroidery design, nor it embroiders at 800 spm as claimed here, that is the sewing stitch speed. And there is no USB connection in the Singer to even download updates. The video looks more like an advertising for Brother Embroidery machines than anything else, and at least in that, the presentation is better. But if I were to base my search for an embroidery machine, I would look elsewhere, and in local sewing machine shops and stores, nit here. I will look elsewhere for reliable info. That is MHO.

I have the Siner Quantum. It absolutely weak munching. The threads burn the machine's body. The bobbin keep sticking. Unbelievable, please don't buy this much.
