How much is your train the trainer training?

I just stumbled across your videos. My 7 year old daughter loves to read and write. However, her letters are often times backward. She writes some words like "ThIS." She also spells words wrong, but it sounds like what it should be. Ex. Muther. I hope this makes sense. I think she also memorizes words because she has trouble connecting similar sounds in other words from the one she's memorized. Do you have suggestions to correct these habits?
