I failed an evap emissions check, so I'm looking to reseal my tank. what would I need besides a fuel filler grommet and to reseal gasket where the sending unit attaches? thanks!

Yeah, you're not doing yourself any favors spending lots and lots of time, effort, and random products trying to clean out a 50-year-old plus rusty tank that's going to eventually clog your lines/carb. Just get a decent replacement and call it a day.
