I assume they offer that hoping that everyone forgets they've subscribed to it and only comes in once or twice a month for them, but if people were using that as much as they could, there's no way they wouldn't lose money off of it. To account for your bad feelings on day 7, I would say its probably the introduction of certain cooking oils or grease in general. I had a period where I ate really clean for a month or so and had fast food and it completely destroyed me, so I think part of it is what your body is accustomed to and how often you put your body through harsh digestion
