I just started this about 2 weeks ago and it definitely needs to have some flavor. I can’t tell the difference after I make it like my regular coffee and my stomach doesn’t cramp up like with regular coffee. I can say that my belly pudge has been shrinking some.

I have tried to figure out what gives me stomach pains and Or diarrhea from the foods I normally eat. I would stop eating the foods and nothing changed. So I decided to stop the coffee. because that was the one thing I had never changed. At the same time I had split an order of the Ryze Coffee with a friend to try it. It’s been life-changing. but I am a person that likes to always drink mine with a lot of creamer. So I no longer drink regular coffee and I’ve had no more stomach aches and a lot less diarrhea problems. And getting better over time. No more looking for a bathroom everywhere I go. I’ve had heart palpitations for years and I no longer have had any of them for about four weeks. I don’t have highs or lows and I am at the age of menopause and I have lost 7 pounds by not trying anything . So much less bloating! I would highly recommend it and I would highly recommend you stick with it for at least three months because it took a long time to damage your body it takes a little while for your body to swing back the other direction and start healing.

Been doing Ryze for about a year and the taste does get better over time. I have noticed no jitters like with a grande Starbucks and my bloating has greatly diminished.
