Great painting and the first proper sunshine we've had here since september! Have you been out to the west of Ireland yet? There's some fantastic scenery along the west coast of Clare and up into Galway and Mayo.

Fascinating how the foreground is more transparent and the background includes white paint to give the sense of atmospheric perspective. Excellent!
