Peter Seeba's 'A Fluorescent Bulb II' sound effects library features 6 fluorescent light hums/buzzes with nice plinks and warming sounds. For each light there is at least 2 minutes up to 5 minutes of tone, and a second file with a manipulated light switch where you get multiple plinks and buzzes.
