Based on Pioneer's website this unit has a lower screen resolution at 1024x600, no HDMI input, np USB-C input and only 2v pre-amp outputs. For comparison the WT7600 has an HD 1280x720 resolution, Micro HDMI input, USB-C (on rear) and 4v pre-amp outputs.

Would love to get one but unfortunately for my car there are no radio kits available for my Honda Civic 2022 sport hatchback I’ve checked everywhere crutchfield, Amazon, eBay, etc., no one has a radio kit for my car🤷🏻‍♂️
