Pulling out of the ABC debate and setting up another one at Fox News is an absolutely silly move. Of course people will ask, if the agreed-upon ABC debate isn't necessary, why should we have one at Fox News instead? So everybody will note the only notable difference, that Trump runs to his court reporters at Fox News because he is too scared to have a discussion on neutral ground.
