Windows 10 How to fix broken Windows defender security threat service that stopped

windows defender just closes itself when I go in protection history and windows security doesn't let me turn real-time protection or any other setting off even though i'm the only user on my windows 10 PC and i'm also an administrator. Can you please make a video on this?

I love this video! I just downloaded something on the internet and it requires me to turn off defender. After installing it, the defender wont open or run. But, thanks to this video. Its all working now

My windows security doesn’t even show the “Virus and threat protection” and all other settings for it, and when I try to open it, it closes instantly.

For those that have error try running the Command Prompt as Administrator. That fixed it for me

the module "mssi32.dll" failed to load.

make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files.

the specified module caould not be found

Sir: I cannot get the windows security window to open (ie: Start button > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security and then Firewall & network protection). It flashes a real shot blip but will not stay open. This issue started just after this last update. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
