‘People are frightened’: Imran Khan says Pakistan is under ‘Reign of Terror’

Former Pakistani prime minister Imran Khan says the country is experiencing a “Reign of Terror” as it heads toward the “worst” type of dictatorship.

“The media is completely muzzled – my name is not allowed to be mentioned on the media,” Mr Khan told Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan.

He said it is currently “too dangerous” for his sons to visit him in house arrest as he faces numerous corruption charges.

“People are frightened, people are picked up in the middle of the night,” Mr Khan said.
