Before the hide and seek gamemode released we used to do it manually and this is where I would always hide

As a side note, when Final Hide mode kicks in (unless you know the Host turned off Ping in the settings), you're better off forgoing these for somewhere with a vent. Since the Impostor can sniff out your exact location at that point anyway, it's safer to make sure you have an escape route.

Tips:
- If you want to hide in shields, do wear tan and take off all outfits.
- If Final Hide mode kicks in do make sure you are near some vents (Better if you have a 10s time in vents and 3x to hide)
- When your stuck at weapons, navigations or shields with the imposter, enter one of them and wait 'till the imposter goes to the other room. If they don't leave the room just leave the vents (like navigations to shields) and run. Hide if you can
- If you can change your name to a single letter it would be better, you can even troll with the imposter.
- Do short tasks if you have more than long tasks, it could help you to win.
- Pets can also give away your hiding spot so its best to not equip them.

It's good to remember that when facing an experienced seeker the best hiding spot is the worst hiding spot (meaning that they will check that location for you in it) and the worst hiding spot is the best hiding spot (meaning that they will think out of common sense that no one will hide there)

According to me the best place are shield and reactor one, now everyone know the upper and lower engine trick, but acc to my exp, I have dot name and remove all outfit take tan colour and stand on that shields, it'll completely camouflage you, and take purple, wear VR mask and stand like just beside vent . It worked for me everytime until final hiding time...

I personally think Hiding ain't an option in this mode, even though the name is "Hide n Seek".
You always gotta keep moving, most of these hiding spots are well known, they might work, but not for long. Also, Final Hide stage destroys hiding and rather turns the mode into a chase game.

The bad thing is that when the impostor is near you, the kill button activates so he knows you are in here

There's also an hiding spot in cafeteria in skeld First go to the south caf (the door to storage and admin) but Don't go outside from caf just stand near the door and then go left and make sure you can't be seen on the door to admin and medbay and then boom you got your self a hiding spot, it's a hiding spot cuz imp's don't go there because it's useless

One time, I was hiding in the upper engine then a imposter were go to my spot but he didn't kill me, he just pet his pet and don't kill me then we pet our pet together but however I want the imposter to win because he was nice so I was left and he won, he made my day ;)
