Vash movie ending is more realistic and dark as a horror fan, Shaitaan ending was typical bollywood movie ending.

I prefer Shaitaan's version mainly because of 2 reasons:
1. I didnt watch Vash (but i've seen some videos about it)
2. I like happy endings a little more
but that doesn't mean Vash was bad. Both were great but personally Shaitaan was better.

I would prefer Shaitaan being better, not because it has a happy ending but because the screenplay of all the actors was amazing, there many small small changes in this remake which made more sense. Being a CA it well suited Ajay Devgan and his character of thinking before any steps he takes. Also I think no father would put scissors or harm their child to save them by harming them in another way that's the another reason I think this change was bought in Shaitaan. While both movies are great at their place:)
