1 Terran vs 7 Computers (Starcraft Remastered)

1v7 skirmish match in Starcraft Remastered with Terrans against 7 random AI / Computers on the map "Meatgrinder".

This looks actually like how my dad would play against 7 AIs on melee back in the old days. (His favorite race is Terran of course.) He'd just turtle up with Bunkers, Siege Tanks, and Goliaths; wait for the AI to suicide all their units into the meat grinder until they ran out of mineral to build anymore, then went in and cleaned up all their bases. Good time!

*Edit (1 Feb 2025): Woah... I wasn't expecting to receive so many likes and replies these past few years. I really appreciate everyone who wrote and shared their stories. I've been reading all of them. I was being very nostalgic after seeing this vid which reminded me of my dad when I was young. Sadly, my dad passed away in 2022 due to cancer. :( May he Rest in Peace. But his memory lives on! I will continue to play & enjoy StarCraft like he did back in the good old days.

On the bright side, I recently got my Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and am starting a new job as a University Faculty in Thailand, so I'm sure my dad would have been proud. :)

Yah the thing about Starcraft 1 maps is that they often didn’t have many resource bases and the AI wasn’t very good at effectively countering a walled off defensive line. This meant that the AI could often be beat in a war of attrition

I love the blue AI which seemed to give up once you started repairing the depot at the bottom right of your base

I remember my dad playing this when I was a kid. He would get to the point where they were almost done but leave them alone and let them rebuild

I remember doing those challenges to myself when I was 14yo; but I kinda "cheated" by sending SCV to the enemy bases, attacking something once and then roam around the map towards the next enemy AI's base to attack and lure. That way I remember I delayed their farming and had marines going for their empty bases while their drones were chasing me :D good game, loved that! Havent watched a single video nor played the game for 20 years now lol
