The Awakening is a movement of young people that meet yearly to celebrate the reality of Jesus Christ and the commission to make His name known in word and in deed. Every year young men and women gather to worship, pray, and make a difference in the world through giving to various causes for the renown and glory of Jesus name. Since 2007, the Awakening has impacted thousands of students lives and touched the lives of other nations as well. This year is a unique opportunity, as the Awakening will be held in Turner Stadium on Friday, May 4th. This marks the first year that the Awakening will be held outside of the church, but with the funding of the local church and others. This year marks the 5 year anniversary of the Awakening and will be the biggest year yet. We believe!
