Gigabyte B250-Fintech Mining Motherboard Review and Bios Settings

Finally got our hands on the Gigabyte B250-Fintech Mining Motherboard. But is it too late for gigabyte?

The B250 is a new motherboard, but already the GA-H110 by Gigabyte ("only" 6 GPU) was advertised as mining board back then. Have one of those running. Same LEDs - turned them off as well =D Still - I think it is good that new products are coming out.

I am using the i7 G4400 Celron, that in conjunction with the orange LEDs turned on gives much higher Hashes.

I started GPU mining a few months ago after having cloud mining contracts for several months. This is the motherboard I got; it was the only big one in stock! I've been happy with it so far! 😁

i have Gigabyte B250m-d2v in my rig, I am Not into mining but since by motherboard is not working now i have to buy this one as no other variant is Available in my area. my only doubt is can i use this Mobo Without any issues for Normal Usage like gaming and programming.

Does CPU speed affects the mining process? You said it's better to use skylake series instead of other series like celeron for example, right?

I have the Asrock h110 pro btc+ and the Gigabyte B250-Fintech both were "plug and play" the thing I don't like about the Asrock is that the PCIe slots are so close together.

B250 fintech very nice motherboard for mining.

I've been running on this mobo for more than a month now. It's so much better and cheaper than my z270 setup. It's a little tricky to setup on Hiveos though but works great when it's setup properly.
