That thing just doesn't look right with the mirror-polished finish. Should be more of a satin, brushed finish.

All Disney had to do is use their immense power and influence to do what the scalpers are doing but not at a 300 to 400% markup. Instead they came up with an even cheaper and crumbier way to make sabers then hit us with the same markup

I have~ so much hate for starwars fans just for the lack of very basic consumer awareness.

You guys are worshipping these things and theyre just a hunk of mid level electronics in an aluminum tube. Usually? A plain Aluminum tube.

Most of us can't justify the single saber we would want. The rest of you buy 50 and maintain the whole bullshit market yourselves.

Not on the collectors. I'm bashing the industry as a whole.

The makers are feckless, I've already confronted tree of them and get stone faced silence. I'd even take them lame, "Luxury item" excuse. Its a toy, but I'd take it. At least they'd be admitting to the behavior. Instead they're choosing to lie by omission.

The only company making an effort to undercut the market (selfishly and aggressively) is Ultra Sabers and the other guys hate them for it. They _say_ its anticonsumer behavior but, there's practically a manifesto about how they're most just butthurt about being undercut.
