You should probably show people techniques on how to use rags instead and ways to replace oven mitt use, considering oven mitts are more user friendly for the average person, and people with experience in professional kitchens like yourself have the knowledge and techniques to use them effectively. It’s a better tactic than just saying it’s better and that’s it hahah
