1. liver secret bile juice which have bile salts they emuslify the fats and then other pancreatic juice work and then digested food absorb by villi and transported to all the cells with the help of blood and this excessive food stored in form of glycogen .
2.bolus is the food which have been converted to starch to simple sugar and that undergoes the process of mastering ( breaking of food )
Chyme is food that contain undergoes from stomach and Protein converted. Into peptides.

Mam I don't know 1st question but the the 2nd one is here: the digested food from the mouth that pushed out to stomach is known as bolus . And the digested food that pushed out from the stomach to the small intestine is known as chyme.
