We made a video all about how to clean a bathtub a few years ago, and based on the feedback we received from that video we wanted to put a second video together with more concise, step-by-step instructions, on how to clean your bathroom tub and tiles in the easiest most efficient way.

Do you want to see more videos talking about easier, more ergonomic ways to clean?

If you don't have a detachable shower head, a watering can for flowers makes rinsing easy.

I really like the step-by-step format! I was never taught how to wash a tub or shower, so it was helpful to have it laid out like this, where I can follow along. I don't personally need ergonomic products or methods, but I think it's nice to consider viewers who do have limited mobility.

As a regular, able bodied 20-something (ok, ok, for another year or so), I love my scrubber on a telescoping pole. It allows me to stand in one spot and get all the walls without crazy hands and knees scrubbing. Sure it may not be as thorough, but if you do it consistently the build up doesn't really happen anyway. Also, that convenience means I'm going to be more inclined to do it in the first place which is what really matters in the end.

I dread cleaning my shower, I end up getting overwhelmed by it. This video inspired me! Your step by step organization made it easier, and that last step of the microfiber cloth after the squeegee was the cherry in top! It finished the job perfectly! I even ignored my "fancy" chemical cleaners😷 and made the simple ones that you suggested! I love using vinegar to clean! Thanks!

The information on ergonomics and especially physical limitations was very much appreciated. I was paralyzed 38 years ago by a gunshot wound when I was 21. First question : how to make the bed. No one knew so I figured it out myself. Fast forward to this year and, with a husband and two grown men "babies" living at home while going to grad school, I stumbled onto your videos. I got rid of my cleaning lady and do it all myself, including the walls. I also cut down on store bought chemicals. My kids think I'm nuts being use baking soda on everything. But boy, do they all appreciate the clean house!!! So thanks for the videos and for considering ppl in my situation!!!!

I have had a housekeeper for many years. I have now retired and have the time and desire to clean my own home. Your videos are so helpful for me! The step by step is great

Off topic but you really remind me of Janet from that netflix show, The Good Place.

I really enjoy your step by step videos. I am a teacher of Life Skills for disabled adults through a not for profit charity. I bought your book several months ago (it’s great) to reference in my classes and then follow up with your YouTube videos. I have alway found that modelling is important when teaching this population and your videos have a clear plan and you are so well spoken that it makes learning cleaning techniques easier. Thank you so much for continuing to develop videos !

I have a ton of health problems, so I suggest a lot of breaks in between tasks. Don't wear yourself out. Also, like when I sweep (because it hurts my back), I sit in a computer rolly chair and sweep or mop 😁 But like she said with the tub, let the product work for you! I'll spray everything down and then come back to it in a few minutes. And if you have kids, outsource that mess! We all grew up with chores, don't be afraid to give them some too!

I do like the step by step. I also suffer from chronic pain, so anything that can help to make things easier on my back would be much appreciated! Due to my problems I end up using much harsher chemicals that do more of the work so I can actually get a job done. And as a side note, the reminder of the “S” pattern is great! I forget it when I clean way too often and over work as a result. Thanks for the tips!

Love the step by step. Also love great ergonomic ideas. You’re inspiring me to try cleaning my own space again. It has always been something I’ve regretted afterwards because it has been tough on my allergies and my body.

Love the step-by-step! The details I see can make a difference. Eugonomics is becoming more helpful. My back is usually sore after doing my larger tub from being hunched over. Thank you!

Yes to all your questions, and also would be helpful to have the step-by-step instructions listed in the description of the video also. Keep up the great work!

I really love the hit-you-over-the-head simple step by step format. And I second the request for advice on plastic/fiberglass shower pans and stalls. The logistics of rinsing without getting soaked in a tight enclosed space are a major mystery to me! I think some rubber wellies are in my future.
