This episode deserves a million likes! Big YES to synching with female cycle. I'm fascinated to see HOW functional medicine and sports fields will advance in this process of catching up with female physiology and with the notion cycle as the fifth vital sign. In which practical ways, that is. My curiosity is peaked to see what exactly will change, and how biofeedback markers of women will be measured differently than those of men. And we are just at the baby crawling stage in understanding all of this, same way as with taming down inflammation, how brain works, genetic pathways modulation etc. Can't wait for the precision of wearables to improve from the current 70% accuracy, a couple more years, I guess...and equally for democratisation of patients data. Such interesting times we live in.

This is fantastic! Love Jade Teta's evidence medicine approach and overall tuning first - that's exactly what I did intuitively when I started to seriously tackle my own health a couple of years ago, and it worked! I started watching this episode on the IFM's website first, before it became available on YouTube, and finished it here now because it's so much easier to control speed and rewind on YouTube interface. Please do post future episodes on YouTube sooner, if possible :)
