I didn’t have any oil so I had to use cooking spray olive oil 😅 on them . My kids could eat baked potatoes every night with cheese and butter only 😂…never tried them in the air fryer so we shall see.

I find that I need to baste the potatoes with oil a couple times while they’re cooking otherwise they (I’m afraid) will dry out?
