"Milgram experiment ek aise complex psychological situation ko dikhata hai jahan authority ke prabhav ke kaaran log apne moral values ko piche chhod dete hain.

Agar main Milgram experiment me teacher ki jagah hota, to main sabse pehle apne moral values aur ethical principles par dhyan deta. Experiment ne dikhaya ki log aksar authority ke pressure ke kaaran apni samvedansheelta ko piche chhod dete hain, lekin mujhe lagta hai ki aise samay par apne andar ke insaniyat ke awaaz ko sunna sabse zaruri hai. Main shock dene ke faisle ko question karta aur authority se safai maangta ki kya yeh ethically aur morally sahi hai.

Main samajhta hoon ki kisi insaan ko takleef dena ya unki safety ko khatre me daalna galat hai, chahe authority ka adesh kuch bhi ho. Main apne decision-making process me apni values aur samvedansheel soch ko prathmikta deta. Yeh experiment hume ek important lesson deta hai ki authority ke pressure ke samne apne ethical standards ko banaye rakhna bahut zaruri hai.

According to former indian pm Narsimha Rao "not taking a decision is also a decision". इसके साथ ही मैं अपने सीनियर से इस संबंध में experiment की उपयोगिता और वांछित परिणाम को प्राप्त करने के वैकल्पिक माध्यमों पर पुनर्विचार के लिए प्रार्थना करता। हालांकि यदि तब भी इस process को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए आदेश देने पर उच्च अधिकारियों के समझ यह बात रखता। स्टिंग ऑपरेशन के लिए गुप्त रूप से मीडिया का सहारा भी लिया जा सकता है। Extreem situation में संगठन से पदमुक्त होकर प्रयास करना एकमात्र विकल्प है।

As a teacher in mill grams experiment, I would quit such job which hampers sustainable growth of human development, nothing in such pressure can student be study friendly .

Course of Action
1) Firstly, I will try to persuade my seniors/ top management in line with kholberg 2nd stage ethical framework which talk about maximising rewards rather than punishments.
2) If Management could not agree with me then I would resign this job because alone punishment can't be helpful in mental development of students & will report this matter to legal authorities & human rights protection organizations.

Overall, I will follow social consciousness as postulated by Durkheim so that the interests of students at large can be protected.

Es experiment me current lagane se student par negative impact padega, physically, mentally and emotionally, as a teacher I refuse to do this experiment.

Mein shock nhi dungi . Iske liye meri job bhi chali jaye to bhi thk hai. Suppose If I am a student then hme bhi shock milega. To jo cheez hm khud ke liye accept nhi kr skte phir dusro ko kyu.

Therefore, if I am a teacher, I will follow ethical principles and never give an electric shock. A 330-volt shock has a lot of current and may cause death if the person cannot control themselves. We have no right to conduct such experiments. As a teacher, I will never give an electric shock because it is against ethical principles, moral values, and fundamental rights. Dilemma --- As a teacher esa nhi karna chahiye student ki haan bhi ja sakti hai govt. Authority ko kahunga ki ye experiment nhi karna chahiye puchta ki agar aap ke bete ke sath esaa hota toh kya hone dete govt ko ye sab band kar dena chahiye everyone has right to Live. Thank you sir

In milgram experiment, i would first ask the purpose as to why shock was necessary for learner's wrong answer.
Secondly, if shock was to teach a lesson to learner, i would find alternatives on it rather providing shock.
Thirdly, i would give importance to subjectivity of answer rather objectivity if shock was a compulsion .

As a shock dene se pahle apne senior sequestion karti, and mai shock dene se bachti kyunki ye mere moral and ethical ke against me hai....or humanity ke bhi against me hai. Children ko galti karne par shock ki jagah other option bhi punish karne aur punish karne ki jarurat bhi nhi hai.itni choti problem ko children se baat karke unhe samjha karke and persuade karke bhi solve Kiya ja sakta hai.

But ek teacher hone ke naate main temparature ka use kabhi nhi karti because ye humanity, morality ke against hai.

As a teacher in "migration experiment "my duty to follow higher authority but as teacher my 1st priority to provide knowledge to students that helps them serve society and country in various way.
Mistake helps students to learn their mistakes and provide better result . when provide punishment in every mistake it demotivate students to learn (punishment is important but not in all mistakes).
In this situation i never provide electrishock students for their mistakes, guide them how learn their mistakes.
