Mine had a channel imbalance too, so I bought a replacement set of drivers from Meze. The new set was imbalanced too. My problem was the drivers themselves though. I wished new pads was all it took to fix like for you.

Did you check to make sure you had the same pads on both sides? A number of folks had one of each style installed on their Noir’s. It causes exactly what your describing.
