I loathe dealing with Lenovo, why is this company incapable of doing the most basic things? They can't find my case #, they can't use the escalation #, they say they will transfer me but hang up instead, they send out a tech to fix my laptop, and he breaks it(snaps a piece off of the motherboard), Lenovo replaces it and tell me my warranties transferred, I check my account and they HAVE NOT! The case manager also said that the warranty would be extended, due to the obscene amount of my time (WEEKS!!) Lenovo has wasted! AND THAT ALSO WAS NOT DONE! I swear drug dealers are more trustworthy than Lenovo! How difficult is it to just DO THE THINGS YOU SAY YOU WILL DO? It's not hard, it's the apathy that's what it is. It's short-sighted, I am a software engineer, gamer, and YOUNG. Meaning I could be a Lenovo customer for the next 50 years, but I would NEVER subject myself to dealing with this nonsense EVERY time I want to contact the company no matter how big or small the issue even when its an issue that is THEIR FAULT!! And I will tell everyone I know, and meet, how my experience has been. If I could pay more for better service I would, but at this point, you could never convince me that you would honor whatever deal I pay for. I record my phone calls with Lenovo & archive emails, that is how little trust I have in you. And I often need to use these pieces of evidence in order to PROVE that they said XYZ or that i paid for XYZ because guess what!? THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE RECORD OF ME BUYING MY GAMING LAPTOP! They have employees that refuse to escalate your case to their manager, and other employees who give you a case# but next time you call they say that # doesn't exist! Truly and honestly, FUCK this company!

Buying Lenovo is regretful.Specially İn Turkey. For Turkey situation like that ; Technical service is very bad. Lenovo company just on paper . İf you want to communicate with them just call center.If you want to send your device to Techinal Service you have just one way, Cargo. After you can't know whats happening because they are not giiving any information to you. And Also You have to wait like that how along they want. Warranty, Laws pifff... They are just words for Lenovo Turkey.Because These words don't care any meaning for Lenovo Turkey.They are not supporting and standing their device.İf you bought broken device from Lenovo god help you. Because Lenovo will not help you. . I am living bad experiance now with Lenovo. My advise stay away from Lenovo products. Maybe Lenovo doing the same things in your country. Before buy check these situation check forums and blogs. And be sure. Clearly I can say STAY AWAY LENOVO PRODUCTS İN TURKEY.. For me Everywhere I will say Buying Lenovo is REGRETFUL.
