जब भी इस गीत को सुनता तो पता नहीं क्यों बार बार मन में योगेश जी का नाम ही आता था, और आज यह स्थापित भी हो गया। मुकेश जी के बारे में तो कुछ कहना सूर्य को दीपक दिखाना ही होगा।
फिल्म के नायक की सादगी गीत के फिल्मांकन को और भी सुंदर और भावपूर्ण बनाती दिखती है।

The actual song in this Film to be picturised on Anil Dhawan was Kahin Door Jab Din Dhal Jaye, also written by Yogesh, sung by Mukesh and Music by Salil Chaudhary. It so Happened Hrishikesh Mukerji, The Director of the Film Anand was present in the Music Studio and happened to hear this song and was bitten by its sheer Magic. He requested the Producers of the Film Anandata, Shri L. B. Lachman to give them this song, aw he wanted to use this song for his Film Anand. At first Mr. lachman refused, but relented afterwards when Rajesh Khanna, The supersatar at that moment and hero of the Film Anand, personally came to visit him with this request. Hence the original song was given to Anand and this song was newly created by Salil Chaudhary for Film Annadata.
