This is one BRIGHT light. NOTE: There's a good 2 second delay after turning on the switch. This is conventional for LEDs lights, but somewhat annoying.

- Don't be alarmed if they give you extra hardware.
- For existing lighting boxes, you'll have to jerry-rig something. Just assemble it according to the directions, and then get creative.

Actually your wiring is NOT correct, the brow wire goes to the withe wich is the neutral. You can see the N in there.
