Can uploading daily on YouTube help you to get more views in 2019? Is it even possible to get views for a small youtuber in 2019? Yes, it's very possible. Especially, if you focus on the seven steps I share in this video. In fact, I leverage this very seven step youtube 'ritual' and increased my views and subscribers. My youtube views increased by 439%.

7 simple strategies from Brian:

1. Focusing on learning new skill while uploading daily (filming, video editing, etc).
2. Strive to tell better story.
3. Finding what's currently trending (books, film, etc)
4. Focus on your delivery. 4C (Compelling, Concise, Congruent, Clear)
5. Aim to improve.
6. Check your expectation, be aware of what you want and what you're hoping for.
7. With every video the goal is to reduce the competition.

Very nice tips Brian. Maybe its a good idea to create a plan of action, a rule book for new videos so that we can be more consistent and still have good content. Daily is a bit hectic for DIY part time but I get the point. Increase upload frequency, improve quality and reduce competition.

Brian G, great video! I've been binge watching your channel as I drive back and forth to work, you have a ton of great info, some of it I already knew and found out the hard way. I recently put out a few videos that were a bit off topic. I usually do ball python snake videos and I put out a week of videos that were about my dog and cows. My views tanked as well as my money coming in, I was up to $15 per day and it fell below $4 per day OUCH! I focused hard on one narrow topic and went back to the snakes, within a week I was back up to $15 per day and yesterday I had 4 times the new subscribers I usually do in a day. Focusing on one narrow topic is essential! Seems like my viewers and the algorithm want me to do all snake videos LOL. Keep up the good work, you really are helping us make a difference in our channels.
