I haven’t known that also Vit A helps in de development of the brain cells and with the heart attack, that could be related to it’s growing and diferation funtion. Is interesting that the xerostalmia, that is a common symptom, could be part of the vit A deficiency, due to a sustitution of epitelium to an epitelium with queratine. Now, I believed in my mom when she told me that carrots helps with the vision.
